Why Your Thyroid Test May Be Wrong!

Hormone produced by the thyroid is carried by the blood to help your organs, muscles and metabolism work properly. Too little, or too much, and you can feel unwell.

Blood tests can check if you have the right amount of hormone available. But most doctors use a test that that checks your pituitary gland hormones not those of your thyroid. It’s a little like checking if your car has gas, but not testing if the engine works!
