Tamiflu is a controversial drug. It is recommended for combating flu by the FDA and the World Health Organization. But it is criticized by others for causing psychotic episodes and suicides, as well as producing many conditions that are associated with the flu itself.
Roche, the drug’s manufacturers, has failed to publish the full results of its clinical trials. Yet the FDA has recently extended its approval of the drug to include use with children and infants.
